No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Barcode-Rental.com iPod Giveaway Contest. Each giveaway contest is limited to one entry per company. By entering into a giveaway contest posted on Barcode-Rental.com website, you agree that you have fully understood and agree to be bound by these Giveaway Contest Rules and any other limitations that may be applicable to that Giveaway contest. - Promotion Period: The Barcode-Rental.com iPod Giveaway starts July 1, 2008 and ends July 30, 2008 at midnight with the drawing to be held August 2, 2008.
- Eligibility: The Barcode-Rental.com iPod Giveaway is only open to all clients of Unified Barcode & RFID, Enterprise Companion, and Barcode-Rental.com.
- How to Enter: Participants must register online at Barcode-Rental.com and fully complete the entry profile .
- Prizes: The prize for the Barcode-Rental.com iPod Giveaway Contest is an iPod shuffle. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.
- Drawing and Notification: The winner of the Barcode-Rental.com iPod Giveaway Contest will be selected August 2, 2008 from all eligible entries received by Barcode-Rental.com. The Barcode-Rental.com staff decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email only. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, fails to respond to notification within ten days, or is otherwise not in compliance with these Rules, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
- General Conditions: Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, on the prize. All entrants agree to be bound by the Rules and decisions of Barcode-Rental.com. If, for reasons beyond Barcode-Rental.com's control, the contest is not capable of completion as originally planned, Barcode-Rental.com at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the contests, without liability. - Conduct of Participation: Barcode-Rental.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with any contest or the operation of the website. Non-compliance with these Rules will result in entrant's disqualification. Any attempt by an entrant or any third party to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of any giveaway contest is a violation of law and should any such attempt be made, Barcode-Rental.com reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
